
Shana Dean has over ten years experience in the weight loss industry, spending much of her time educating healthy lifestyle changes. She believes food choices influence all aspects of the self emotionally, physically, and spiritually. With a deep interest in the link between well-being and nutrition, Shana has evolved towards a raw food lifestyle. An enthusiastic foodie at heart, she never misses an opportunity to try new culinary experiences. She has a zeal for delicious foods and spends much of her time sharing her knowledge and passion.
Shana is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Art Institute. She is an Associate Raw Food Chef and Instructor. Through her company, High Raw Foods, she teaches the art of raw cuisine and has a knack for simplicity and practicality, encouraging raw foods as an easy addition to any diet. Shana offers group classes, personalized lessons, coaching, and lectures throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
A graduate of Sonoma State University, Shana focused her studies on the interrelationship between food, business, politics and ecology. This focus has given Shana the inspiration to teach raw cuisine to others. She is dedicated to elevating food consciousness. Currently, Shana is developing a raw cookbook to support her work.
